Payment policies
Reservation Guarantee:
Guests will be asked to pay the full amount of the reservation at check-in (3:00 PM). After payment, there will be no cancellation or refund for any reason. If a guest arrives outside of check-in hours without notification, the reservation will be automatically canceled. Guests who check out after the established check-in time (1:00 PM) will be charged an additional night.
Payment methods:
Payments can be made via cash, credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and, in some cases, online payment platforms.
Advance payments:
Advance payments may be accepted, especially for non-refundable reservations or during peak periods, to confirm the reservation.
Lodging tax:
The lodging service tax will be charged and will be included in the final price of the total cost.
Cancellation Policies:
It's important to review the hotel's cancellation policies, as they may include fees for cancellations or changes to your reservation.
"No Show" Charge:
If a guest does not show up at the hotel without canceling the reservation, a "No Show" fee may apply.
Room capacity:
It's important to check the maximum room capacity, as some hotels may charge an additional fee for each additional person.
Billing:
If you require an invoice, please request it upon check-out, providing your tax information. Your invoice will be issued 72 hours after your departure. You will have only 24 hours to request any changes or corrections.

REGISTRATION CARD
- PAYMENT POLICIES: Guests are required to promptly settle the bill before 12:00 PM (check-out). Failure to pay when required will result in the termination of the stay, as well as any act that causes damage or harm to the hotel or other guests. Guests who vacate their room after 1:00 PM on the day of check-out are obligated to pay for the next day's stay.
- BANK CARD PAYMENT: Once payment for the room has been made by bank card, there will be no refund.
- BILLING POLICY: If you require an invoice, please request it no later than the day of your departure. Your invoice will be issued 72 hours after departure. You will have 5 days after the invoice is issued to request changes or corrections.
